Client Challenge:
A small business operation was plagued with business critical IT issues and no one in office was able to get any work done from their computers. Essentially there was no Internet access nor any access to the company network servers and their line of business applications. Immediate sense of urgency.
The Solution:
Jerry was referred to come and assess their IT issues and bring resolve to their immediate needs. Upon Jerry’s assessment, he quickly discovered the core issues which were a result of in-house personnel lacking any credible IT experience making effort to fight the IT fire. The result of their effort was nothing over the network was working. This is often common. With discovered findings Jerry met with the company’s decision makers and devised a plan that would rectify their systems back to a working state. This effort took three full days to complete. End result was the staff and business operations was back in order and Jerry left client with full-on explanation of what had happened, what he did to resolve issues coupled with his recommendations for their IT support needs. Jerry provided updated documentation of their network which would be utilized to maintain and conceivably update their network systems when their time was right.
